You'll be right there helping our customers make the most of what
we offer and making sure everything goes smoothly from step one.
The responsibilities of a Client Services Representative include
(but are not limited to): Building and maintaining strong
relationships with customers and potential clients. Managing
customer accounts, including closing sales, addressing billing
inquiries and escalating concerns. Providing in-store sales support
and troubleshooting assistance to customers. Identifying
opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional Frontier services
to customers based on their preference. Keep accurate records of
customer interactions, service requests, and resolved issues.
Undergoing training to enhance product knowledge and people
skills.
