Job Description Job Description In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, provide high-quality service, and drive profitability by promoting and selling products and services. Candidates must have a valid New York State Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license to be considered. Responsibilities: Develop individual lead sources, including members, centers of influence, and community connections. Proactively market yourself through community events, outbound calling, marketing lists, and cross-selling/up-selling to new and existing customers. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through self-motivation and a competitive mindset. Identify client needs, overcome objections, and close sales while creating value for the customer. Obtain knowledge of all business lines, including Automotive, Financial, Travel, and Insurance, and promote growth across all areas. Recognize opportunities to cross-sell membership and other products. Foster and maintain professional relationships with fellow store associates. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of relevant sales or insurance industry experience. Must possess a valid New York State Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license. Prior administrative and customer service experience. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software. Strong computer and research skills.
