Job Responsibilities: Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all sales people on team Directs staffing of team, and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs Establish and meet daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives Monitors salesperson productivity and performance Attends manager meetings as requested Utilize tools to follow up with customers and ensure team does so also Other duties may be assigned Requirements: Must have previous experience as a Sales Manager Steady work and performance history Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a successful sales team Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through Job Type: Full-time Experience: Sales Manager: 2 years (Required) Automotive Sales: 3 years (Preferred) Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Powered by JazzHR Dy8ZnTyi0O
