Psychology and Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisor to provide essential clinical
supervision and guidance to a team of provisionally licensed
clinicians. The role involves nurturing professional growth and
ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities : Provide high-level clinical supervision to LACs
and LSWs to support their progression towards independent
licensure. Conduct thorough case consultations to address complex
therapeutic issues and ethical challenges effectively. Review and
approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and assessments to
maintain best practices and compliance standards. Lead training
sessions on therapeutic techniques, legal requirements, and current
industry trends. Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain
clinical excellence and supervise client care standards. Assist in
enhancing and developing clinical programs and services.
Qualifications: Must hold an active, unrestricted LCSW license in
New Jersey. Certification needed to provide clinical supervision
for LSWs and LACs in the state. Demonstrated 5-7 years of
post-licensure clinical experience with a focus on supervision.
Proficiency in various therapy modalities, including individual,
couples, family, and group therapy. Strong leadership skills in
mentoring mental health professionals. Excellent communication and
interpersonal abilities. Proficient in telehealth platforms and
remote supervision methods. Strong commitment to ethical practice
