Job Description About Open-Minded Therapy Open-Minded Therapy is
a holistic psychotherapy practice serving adults, couples, and
teens across several states. Our mission is to promote emotional
and physical well-being through compassionate, culturally
responsive, whole-person care. We are seeking an experienced
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Supervising
Clinician / Clinical Lead within our team. This role is ideal for a
senior clinician who enjoys balancing direct clinical work with
supervision, mentorship, and leadership in a well-supported,
integrated care environment. Responsibilities Clinical Care
Maintain a schedule of approximately 20 client appointments per
week . Provide high-quality psychotherapy aligned with whole-person
and integrated care principles. Complete documentation in
accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. Supervision &
Leadership Provide clinical supervision to up to three (3) LMSWs .
Support case conceptualization, treatment planning, and ethical
decision-making. Offer ongoing clinical consultation and
mentorship. Participate in onboarding and professional development
of LMSWs. Collaborate with practice leadership to uphold clinical
quality and team culture. Qualifications Active LCSW license in
good standing (New York). Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience
. Prior experience providing clinical supervision strongly
preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and
leadership presence. Interest in collaborative, whole-person care.
Compensation & Schedule Salary Range: $90,000 – $95,000 annually
(full-time equivalent) . Compensation is based on a fee-for-service
model translated into a salary range. The salary reflects a
workload averaging 18–20 completed clinical sessions per week plus
6 paid supervision hours . Flexible scheduling and strong
administrative support. Opportunities for compensation growth as
caseloads and programs scale.
