Job Description:

seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and
Family Therapist to join our dynamic team. We specialize in

health care. As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Headway, you
will be at the forefront of offering therapeutic support, fostering
healthy relationships, and promoting psychological well-being among
families and couples within our community. Conduct comprehensive
assessments to establish therapy needs for couples and families.
Design, implement, and review treatment plans tailored to the
specific dynamics and challenges of each client. Facilitate therapy
sessions that promote understanding, resolve conflicts, and
encourage healthy communication practices. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to provide holistic mental health services
and referrals when necessary. Continually assess the progress of
clients, adjusting therapeutic strategies as required. Maintain
accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment
plans in compliance with professional standards and privacy laws.
Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current
with industry techniques and methodologies. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and
confidentiality. Proficient in various therapeutic techniques and
methodologies specific to marriage and family therapy. Ability to
manage a diverse caseload while maintaining attention to detail and
organizational skills. Medical Insurance Current state licensure as
a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Certification by the
American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT)
preferred but not required.
