Department: Physical Rehabilitation • Hours: Full-Time/40 hours •
Shift: Days, 1st Shift Position Summary: The Certified Hand
Therapist (CHT)PT or OT, administers therapy services under medical
prescription in accordance with Hospital regulation, State of
Connecticut Practice Act and quality standards. Minimum
Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited School of Occupational
Therapy or Physical Therapy • CHT certification (Certified Hand
Therapist) is required • Licensed or eligible for licensure to
practice in the State of Connecticut Preferred Qualifications: •
Experience with electronic medical charting • 3-5 years’ clinical
