Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and vigilant SOC Operator to join our team on a part-time basis during weekend first shifts. As a leader in security solutions, Securitas offers the chance to work in an advanced Security Operations Center (SOC), utilizing the latest technologies to monitor, assess, and respond to threats. The SOC Operator role is pivotal in maintaining the safety and security of our client's assets and premises, ensuring a proactive response environment. Monitor multiple security systems for a hub of facilities to identify and manage threats. Operate and monitor CCTV systems, recording all incidents and ensuring no breaches of security. Communicate and escalate security incidents to the appropriate departments and emergency services when necessary. Maintain accurate security records and logs for all observations and incidents. Perform systems checks and manage trouble tickets to resolution, ensuring all systems are operational. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance security protocols. Strong ability to operate and monitor security systems. Excellent observational and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Proficient in using technology and security software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR and first aid certification preferred. Any relevant security certifications, such as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP), are advantageous.
