Details Job Details: We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented,
and experienced Permanent Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney to
join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in medical malpractice defense, general liability
defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.
Responsibilities: Provide expert legal representation to clients in
medical malpractice, general liability defense, and personal injury
defense cases. Conduct thorough and meticulous case preparation
including drafting pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial motions.
Take the lead in courtroom proceedings, including trials, hearings,
arbitrations, and mediations. Collaborate with our team of
professionals to develop defense strategies and negotiate
settlements. Maintain strong client relationships through regular
communication and consultation. Stay up-to-date with the latest
legal precedents, regulations, and rulings that may affect the
outcome of cases. Foster a positive, ethical, and professional work
environment that encourages collaboration and mutual respect.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law
school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney,
specifically in medical malpractice defense, general liability
defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Proven track
record of successful litigation, including trials and settlements.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and
persuasively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under
pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client
confidentiality. Self-motivated and able to work independently, but
also able to collaborate effectively as part of a team. Proficient
in legal research tools and software. This position offers a
