Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate
Attorney with a focus on Trust, Estate and Elder Law. This is an
exceptional opportunity for a talented and driven individual to
join our reputable legal firm, where you will play a key role in
providing expert advice and legal services to our diverse
clientele. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely
with clients on a range of matters including estate planning, trust
administration, wills, surrogates, and guardianship. This position
requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field,
with a particular emphasis on Trust, Estate, and Elder Law.
Responsibilities: As a Associate Attorney, your primary
responsibilities will include: 1. Providing expert legal counsel to
clients on matters relating to trust, estate, and elder law. 2.
Drafting, reviewing, and executing a variety of legal documents
including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care
directives. 3. Representing clients in court proceedings,
mediations, and negotiations as required. 4. Conducting
comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and
provide accurate advice to clients. 5. Managing estate
administration processes, including probate and non-probate
transfers. 6. Advising clients on guardianship matters and
representing them in related court proceedings. 7. Collaborating
with other attorneys in the firm to ensure a coordinated and
efficient approach to client service. 8. Keeping abreast of changes
in legislation and case law that may impact the firm's clients.
Qualifications: To be considered for the Associate Attorney
position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2.
Admission to the State Bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience
in trust, estate, and elder law. 4. Proven experience in estate
administration, trusts, estates, guardianship, surrogate, and
wills. 5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with
the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. 6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
think strategically and provide practical legal solutions. 7.
Excellent research skills, with the ability to interpret and apply
complex legal principles. 8. High level of professionalism and
ethical standards. 9. Ability to manage a high caseload and work
under pressure to meet deadlines. 10. Proficiency in legal research
